I made a list
and checked it twice --
idea scraps
all laid out nice
for later.

I took my list
and pondered it;
and scratched off things
that didn't fit
for later.

And then the list
I set upon
my desk for use
perhaps;
for later.

I take the list --
I take a line
that won't be missed
and cogitate --

create.

And then I scratch it off
for later.
